我是来自高一(2)班的**，今日国旗下讲话的主题是：总结过去，展望未来。
我们今日再一次站在国旗下迎来了新的一天。我们的第一次大型考试已经结束，在这个早晨你感觉到的是寒风还是暖意，答案并不重要，重要的是一定要说出自己真实的感受和如何面对现实，认清自我，挑战自我，“寒暖交替是规律，可是人的努力更是规律”，我们都有者自己或高或近的理想，为了自己的理想我们要做的就是在寒风中战天斗地，在酷暑中挥汗如雨。
同学们，作为建始一中的一员，相信在这里的每一位同学都有学好的愿望，都希望自己品学皆优，成绩优异，得到家长的嘉奖，教师的器重，同学们的羡慕。可是有的同学考试不理想，就心灰意冷。其实学习的过程本身就是不断发现问题并解决问题的过程，而考试是暴露问题的一个最佳时刻，成绩不理想的背后是出现了不该出现的错误，这就是问题的暴露，要立即采取措施加以改正，这定会带来学习的提高，于是这次的不理想就是下一次提高成绩的催化剂，这一次的失败可能是必要的。中国人有句老话，说失败乃成功之母。可是我们都知道，并不是每一次失败之后都会出现成功。而这里的关键就在于你失败之后有没有总结教训，改正错误。对于试卷上出现的问题我们应该仔细归类，不能单纯把错误归为马虎。对自己失去的每一分按一定的原因归类，比如粗心马虎、审题不严、概念不清、基本技能不过关、时间不够、过程不完整、能力不及等等，慢慢地，你就会发现自己的真正弱项，也就能找到下一步的努力方向。另外，我们教师也经常强调考试前最有效的复习方法是做过去做过的错题，因此对每次考试中出错的题应重点标注并归类保存。
我不欣赏那种怯懦、安逸的'人，我钦佩那种表现出奋力向上有精神的人，那种永不屈服的人更令人尊敬。失败是艰难的，可是，不去努力争取成功，却更为糟糕。失败并不可怕，可怕的是不敢正视失败，生命的真谛在于奋斗，在于坚持不懈的追求，在于失败后的又一轮拼搏，真正的强者，不是在失败中诅咒成功者，也不是怨天尤人，而是在失败中反思自己，发掘自己内蕴的宝藏，力图重振旗鼓，卷土重来。虽然在失败中流过泪，伤过心，但要擦干眼泪，更加发奋去拼搏，争取更大的胜利。

时光荏苒，当年我怀着惴惴不安的心情初次踏上讲台的情景仿佛还在昨天，转眼已是十三年了。从小，我的梦想就是长大了要当一名光荣的人民教师。命运是眷顾我的，十六岁那年，我如愿以偿考上了师范学校。至今还记得收到录取通知书时激动的心情，因为那标志着我的梦想将变成现实。
从师范学校毕业，我被分配到了一个村小。兴匆匆地赶到学校去报到。初次踏进有些破旧的大门，沿着弯曲的小径，拾级而上，印入眼帘的是长满荒草的操场。从热闹的城市回到偏僻的山村，习惯了宽敞的教室漂亮的校园，看着眼前几间破败的平房，矮矮地趴在山脚，那真的是一种无法言喻的失落。就在这时，我的老校长，那个头发有些花白，在这里工作了二三十年的老教师，丝毫没有责怪我的意思。他态度和蔼地让我跟他一起拔草，我们一边拔一边聊天，“既来之则安之，这里一样可以体现你作为一个教师的价值，一样可以实现你的梦想。”他语重心长的话语还在我的耳边回荡。那时我的梦想是做一个让那里的村民信任的老师。
两年后，因为工作需要，我被借调到了初中。从一个专业的小学老师变成了别人眼中半道出家的初中老师，任教的学科也从小学语文数学，变成了初中英语。我成了六十三个学生的孩子王。在别人带着怀疑的目光中，我踏着坚定的`脚步走进了那间属于我的教室。三年的努力，取得了不错的成绩;三年的相处，与孩子们建立了深厚的感情;也让我爱上了初中班主任这个角色;让我明白了凡事求人不如求己这个道理;让我明白了累并快乐着并不是一句空话，也让我体会到了工作着是美丽的。我已经不是当初那个什么也不懂的丫头了，我有我的追求我有我的梦想，我的梦想是做一个好老师，更要做一个好班主任。
来到实验中学，这个更大的舞台，更广阔的天地，初到这里的我无所适从，四处碰壁。但是实中人用真诚和宽容接纳了我，他们的勤奋和敬业感染了我，实中精神更是震撼了我!鞭策着我更努力学习，更勤奋工作。无论走到哪里，学校都是我坚强的后盾!这也让我明白了个人的力量是有限的，集体的力量才是强大的。如果说今天的我有了一点点成绩，那是因为我来自实现中学，我站在巨人的肩膀上!在这里我的梦想得到了升华，现在我的梦想是拥有一个班主任工作室，可以跟一群志同道合的班主任朋友交流探讨，创建自己的品牌班级!
